I do not work for the USPS , I am their customer as you are, so I cannot be responsible for delivery times. Priority shipping does not change or affect your "ship by" date. It is simply the method of shipment and should help your item arrive more quickly once it is shipped.

Additionally, it is important that all message exchanges regarding your order be done via etsy message system so that it can be documented by Etsy in the event it becomes necessary. It is very important to use the Etsy Message system regarding your order.

LOCKETS WITH QUOTES and INSCRIPTIONS are sold as is in the shop unless prior arrangements are made. There is an additional fee for this service as it is very time intensive to create a custom order. Please inquire *before* ordering. You can't just leave a note at checkout with a custom inscription. This must be discussed prior to purchase. Thank you for understanding. Custom orders can take up to an additional 5 to 7 days to create. Please inquire if you need an order quickly. I do not accept returns on custom lockets.

Returns:
Returns are accepted. If the return is not due to breakage, returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be received within 10 days of your receiving it. Must be received in original condition. It if is received in a box it must be returned in the box. Refund will be given in the same method of payment received.
Please provide a tracking number when the item is returned.
buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Measurements of my items are given in the item's description. Please familiarize yourself with these prior to ordering.
If you received free shipping on your item and you chose to return it, there will be a $4.00 shipping fee that will not be returned as I can not recover the cost of mailing the item to you for free.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH PROPERLY OPENING AND CLOSING A LOCKET -- the latch and hole need to be aligned and then closed. Snapping it shut or closing a locket that is not properly aligned will result in a broken locket, or will cause the locket to randomly pop open.

BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:
If you are unhappy or if there is a problem with your purchase please contact me immediately and I will exchange it or fully refund you. I stand behind my work and wish for every customer to be treated as I wish to be treated as a buyer. If you choose to leave a negative review and keep the merchandise your money will not be refunded. Customer service is my top priority but mutual respect is expected. If I do everything in my power to make you happy even if that includes a refund, I do not think a negative review is warranted.

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The Buyer is responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and duties they may be charged by their country PLEASE check with your Postal Service before ordering. Items can NOT be marked as gift as this is illegal and a federal offense. Additionally, it does take time for a package to arrive to an International Destination. It could take up to or more than 2 weeks. Sometimes, a lot sooner. The Postal Service does not consider an International package "lost" until after 30 days. I do not have a hand in the physical delivery of my items, I am a customer of the Postal Service. Please understand I am a human being, running a small business. I take your purchases and business very seriously, but I am limited in my ability to control Shipping: International or Domestic. I will ship when I say I will and do all I can on my end to ensure you get your items shipped carefully and in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
